Annual Chelsea Spook Patrol
| The Chelsea Amateur Radio Club provides
communications assistance to the Chelsea Police Department on the nights
of October 30
& 31.
The Chelsea Police along with the CARC and other Amateur volunteers patrol the city and surrounding areas looking for possible Ghost Goblin & Spook disturbances. An Amateur Radio net control station is set up inside the Chelsea PD headquarters and relays any Paranormal reports from the patrolling Amateur Radio mobile stations.
