Topics Discussed were:
  1. Thank you to all the Hams that helped with the Manchester Chicken Broil, the Chelsea Kiddy Parade and the Community Fair Parade.
  2. Starting in October the CARC will be meeting at the Chelsea Arctic Coliseum.
  3. Manchester Sportsman Club donation for Field Day passed.
  4. Army MARS presentation scheduled for January 27, 2009 meeting.
  5. Suggestions for presentation on HF rigs and antennas.
  6. Coming events - October 28, 4th Tuesday club meeting , October 30 & 31 Spook Patrol, November 15 & 16 Ft. Wayne Swap, December 6 Holliday Lights Parade, December 9 CARC Christmas Dinner at the Arctic Coliseum.
  7. Guest speaker Dale Williams WA8EFK with Michigan ARRL youth presentation.
